Policy work for the agentic era.
David Walker works where artificial intelligence, civil infrastructure, public accountability, and digital sovereignty meet. His focus is practical: keep powerful systems open to scrutiny, resist unnecessary gatekeeping, and protect the ability of people and agents to act with autonomy.
The work is principled without being theoretical. It is aimed at lawmakers, builders, advocates, and institutions that need clear language, credible policy direction, and a direct path from ideas to action.
